30 2 was my multiple entrustment with the supplification of lectures from building mechanics, wooden bridges and basic principles of bridge construction. l927 I was then appointed a professor of building mechanics and strength theory at the DTH in Prague, l933 I advanced to the o.ö.Prof. from the same subject. My work never exhausted itself in theory, but I have always tried to remain in contact with the real building. I have carried out many designs and constructions of high and bridge structures made of reinforced concrete, among which the design, which was well-assessed by the experts, was the most important for a crossing of the Nusler valley in Prague. In 1937, I was appointed a member of the Examination Commission for the Baumei 20n0a and Maurermeistergewerbe at the National Authority in Prague, taking into account my practical work. In addition to my teaching profession, I saw my main task in the effort to promote my expertise and recently I have mainly worked on the development of plasticity teaching. A large number of publications in German journals bear witness to my work on this page.
