The Reichsführer-i wishes that the courtlords present themselves in such a manner to him for a decision on the confirmation of the judgment-. to give an opinion on the judgment and also on the question of enforcement. This opinion must be attached to the files without the need for an opinion. 4.) Notification of decisions of the RFii. If the Reichsführer-ij raises a judgment, the Besitzer, who participated in the decision-making, shall be informed in writing of the view of the Reichführers-ii, explaining the reasons which led to this decision, 5.) Foreign volunteers. The Reichsführer-l has made further orders on the treatment of foreign volunteers of the weapons-l: against police, which in addition to the earlier provisions (see 9th Collection Decree No. 9, 8th Collection Order No. 4 and 7th Collection Release No. 4) as guidelines for the future handling of relevant cases are made known: The foreign volunteers are without exception subject to German laws. A only disciplinary execution of flag flight and unauthorized removal with regard to the fact that an oath against instruction has not yet taken place is inadmissible. However, the whole rigor of the law should only be applied after a little longer, belonging to the troop and especially close to Ay dedication. Any existing Gosetz hardening can be compensated on the path of grace. Accordingly, the Reichsführer has!! in two cases where foreign members of the armed forces-ii, who had only been heard for a short time, had been sentenced to high prison sentences for flag flight, the sentences were lifted and the minimum sentence of one year in prison and detention in the penal camp until the end of the war was considered appropriate. - 5
