16 A. Ordnungen n. 1.) Instruction of the auxiliary police associations in the occupied tea de ee d The Reichsführer-il and head of the German police has ordered that the auxiliary policing associations formed in the newly occupied eastern territories from members of foreign ethnicity (so-called protective teams) as police associations for the special operation according to § 1 Nr. 6 of the ii-Pol.Gvo are subject to the special jurisdiction of the I and police. The jurisdiction of the IJ and police courts only extends to those offences committed by members of the protective teams after their recruitment to the auxiliary police. In principle, such crimes are to be assessed according to German law, in particular according to the laws of war, but only meaningfully, taking into account the special circumstances and the personality of the perpetrator. 2.) Assessment of Führer's crimes. The Reichsführer-i! In the last months more than the helpers of the judgments given to him against -leaders have abrogated, because they were too mild. Therefore, reference is made again to paragraph 3 of the eighth collective decree. It has happened that judges for another court in its district have, in an auxiliary way, negotiated leading criminal cases (and others) without having found any time to get involved in the criminal case in advance. Without the most detailed preparation for the main trial, under any circumstances, the chair must not be held. - 4 -
