P/ - 5 - The repeated question whether the Germanic volunteers have also been forbidden sexual intercourse with women of a different racial population. the Reichsführer-ii affirms, however, He wishes that at the first case of this disobedience the perpetrator is first punished disciplinaryly with intensified arrest and again thoroughly instructed. It is only in repeated cases that criminal proceedings are to be carried out. t-honorary penalties can be imposed on foreign volunteers only to the extent that they belong to the ii (also of foreign nationals) regardless of their membership in the Free Corps or the Legion. If this is not the case, however, their further membership of the Freikorps seems unbearable as a result of the crimes committed, then they must be taken care of elsewhere. 6.) Marriage misconducts. In the interests of maintaining marriage, the Reichs- i does not mean that conjugal misconduct by members of the #eder police who, in the course of disciplinary or judicial proceedings or in any other way, come to the knowledge of the Ti- or police departments, is communicated to the wife of the accused, provided that the latter has not yet been aware of the misconception. An exception to this principle is only permissible if the procedure cannot be carried out under any circumstances without informing the woman, but the existence of this condition will have to be examined very carefully and strictly, taking into account the fundamental opinion of the Reichsführer. For the sake of clarity, any private indiscretions by the li or the police towards the wife of the person concerned must necessarily be omitted. -9-
