- 14 - hb 1940, concerning the rules governing the production and utilization of sugar beet, sugar, molasses, sugar-containing feedingstuffs and other products derived from beet; 28) By decree of 7 December 1939, Z. 86,392-IV/A/39, the Ministry of Agriculture ordered associations to send detailed lists of all enterprises which will control them to the national authorities. 29) The associations, through their control bodies, shall monitor compliance with the rules by which they were established, with the statutes and with the regulations of the associations adopted pursuant to them. In other respects - and to the full extent to undertakings in which the associations do not exercise supervision by their control bodies - supervision is provided to the Ministry of Agriculture and under the provisions of Part I of this Regulation.
