Draft Government Ordinance of ......................................194l, on the competence of the Minister of the Interior in matters of supervision in the field of nutrition, supply and pricing. The Government of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia decrees on the basis of § 1, para.l, the decree of the Imperial Protector in Bohemia and the Moravian Republic of December 1 940, V.Bl.S. 604, on the extension and amendment of certain provisions of the Constitutional Enforcement Act of 15 December 1938 Coll. No. 330: § 1. The Minister of the Interior shall be responsible, without prejudice to the technical supervision which, in accordance with the provisions in force, is entrusted to other authorities and bodies: (a) to oversee the exact observance of the rules of war by producers, distributors and consumers, and to detect violations of those rules; (b) to identify the organs in the food, supply and pricing services, including those of the technical inspection service; (c) to pursue these violations in the context of his activities and to remedy the deficiencies, or to request the competent authorities and organs to remedy them.
