The Commission's proposal for a directive on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous substances and preparations for use in the manufacture of certain dangerous substances (COM(91) 347 final - C3-398/92 - 94/0287(CNS)) Concerning the complaint that the police and district authorities did not have enough money for advance payments for the payment of travel invoices, the Minister ordered that the regional authorities in Prague and Brno make appropriate proposals to improve this matter. At the end of the negotiations on these economic matters, the Minister stressed the great moral and official commitment of all those present and stated that he would authorize everyone, where necessary, to deviate in urgent cases from the restrictive legal provisions and directives. It is immediately necessary to start work and to report the results and any difficulties immediately. With this 0 final word, the Minister ended the first part of the consultation and informed that only the representatives of Moravia and the representative of the government police department in Kladno will participate in the second part of this discussion.
