On the basis of the results of the revisions and according to the statements made by farmers,it was found that the circumstances of the non-registration/registration of a lower quantity/of cereals were mostly due to the poor understanding of the farmers and to the misinterpretation of the instructions given to them in the meetings, which were convened on the local order xixkarmfenxxmdex before the gathering and registration of the cereals was carried out. In several cases, it has been ensured that farmers have declared and dismissed that lex could not be sufficient for their self-sufficiency contributions.
