h 3 In general it is to be said that the survey took place at a time when goods from the period before the reclassification and from the old kingdom were newly imported goods side by side in the trade and in which also the wage increases already made had not had a full effect. 4 2. The reprocessing of the material. The processing of the thus obtained material took place in a manner. In the results, Hultschin was included under the eastern part of the Gaues Sudetenland. At the processing of the material, averages for each municipality were calculated from the individual prices determined for each commodity. These averages were grouped into three price groups: food, heating materials and light bulbs, and food prices. The group included the prices of 4l food products. In principle, the prices should be determined for the varieties and quality of the products used in the community concerned in the household of workers, i.e. It should not be a price statistics with necessarily fixed goods and qualities, but a price survey adapted to the respective consumption habits, not a rigid but a largely consumption-related price survey. A second price group was formed from the prices of heating materials and bulbs. Depending on local consumption habits, this group included the price of 5 kWh of luminous flux, including any meter rental or basic fee, the price for 1 cbm of wood or loo kg of coal or lignite. Finally, the third group, the group of rental prices for industrial dwellings, was formed from rents for each old and new kitchen. From these three price groups, a weighted average was calculated for each municipality, using as weights the shares of the individual expenditure groups recorded by the Prague Statistical Office in the total expenditure in labour budgets.
