On the part of the railway administration, it has been and is constantly being objected that the final plan of railway reconstruction has not yet been approved and that therefore an overall water law procedure is impracticable. From the previous Commission negotiations it is known to the local office that the railway administration has considered a transfer of the Ritschan stream to the Riedbach, in order to derive in this way all waters into a ditch and through an underpass under the railway body and the Banhofs area into the Potschernitz pond. In the opinion of the local office, this solution is also the only possible solution and we would point out that it was also considered about 6 years ago when the Riedbachea was regulated, at a time when the railways had not yet begun to manage the stations. However, there was no understanding with the municipality of Gross-Dubetsch, through whose cadaster the Ritschen stream flows from the municipality Biechowitz and the municipality Biechowitz treated and independently carried out the regulation of the Ried bacnes within the framework of its cadastral system. The railway administration then went on to construct the ground without a solution to this question, which has not yet been resolved. The tenants of the municipal land claimed damages to the municipal administration. Their complaint was dealt with in autumn of the year l940 by the district authority in Ritschan and by the representatives of the local office and the building office.
