Since it is public water, for the time being the public of Prague could not carry out the regulation itself, which it is not obliged to do either. The regulation is a matter for the municipalities of Gross-Dubetsch and Unter-Pochernitz, through whose territory the Bacn flows, against the water cooperative founded for this purpose. The construction could currently be carried out within the framework of the newly founded water cooperative in Unter-Potschernitz and the surrounding area, which was founded on the initiative of the municipality of Prague for the melioration.
