- 3 - Division 5 and Ref. IA, also with regard to the municipality of Prague, pointing out the permanent devaluation of the land as a result of the expansion of the floods. The district authority recognized by its decision the claim of the appellants for damages. After the railway administration then needed further areas of these land for their purposes, and in the places where the Ritschaner Bach flows through, this year in May the water law procedure for a partial /provisional / relocation of the Richaner stream was carried out. This transfer was dealt with only for this reason and is only carried out so that the railway can continue its own finishing work, but the whole question of the flow of the Ritschan stream through the railway station area has not yet been resolved, although it is in the first row an interest of the railway administration. The construction of the water conditions in this area also affects the municipality of Prague, among other things. It is only with respect to the damage caused by the floods, but also with regard to the action currently being taken to dewater land in the municipal property in the water area of these streams /Gross-Dubetsch, Unter-Pochernitz/ Just these days, a visit to this area by the agricultural-technical department of the district authority of Prague-Land for the purpose of establishing a possibility of discharge of waste water by means of drenagen took place, whereby it was established that the Ritschan stream in the mentioned area is the most important place, since through it all the waters find a natural discharge in the Potschernitz pond. It is therefore urgently necessary to draw the attention of the railway administration to the fact that the knowledge of their disposi- tions regarding the Ritschan stream is necessary here, taking into account that the necessary preparation during the melioration action of this year will be able to be planned. Since it is public water, for the time being the public of Prague could not carry out the regulation itself, which it is not obliged to do either. The regulation is a matter for the municipalities of Gross-Dubetsch and Unter-Pochernitz, through whose territory the Bacn flows, against the water cooperative founded for this purpose. The construction could currently be carried out within the framework of the newly founded water cooperative in Unter-Potschernitz and the surrounding area, which was founded on the initiative of the municipality of Prague for the melioration.
