19 tho The maintenance of the staff of the Protectorate is essentially governed by the Law of 1926 (collection of laws and regulations No. 1o3). The subsequent building of the shelters have not been improved until the establishment of the protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. They have been reduced in the same part in connection with the personnel saving measures. It was only after the establishment of the Protectorate that the remuneration in public service could be improved with the consent of the Reichsprotector by the granting of inflation allowances. It was already clear at that time that the inflation allowances did not constitute a definitive regulation of the remuneration ratios. However, a broader adjustment could only take place after the corresponding personnel and organisational conditions had been created. The necessary measures have now been taken; in particular, the working time of staff has been substantially increased. The protectorate government will therefore become more mundane at the instigation of the German Minister of State for Böhmen and Mäihren with effect from 1 January 1991. In addition to eliminating the current state of inflation allowances, it also provides staff with a tangible improvement in their remuneration at the same time. This also establishes a fair relationship between the remuneration in the public sector and the remuneration of employees and employees in the private sector. trgamg 0s/14.43. V06C
