13 - 3 - 2.) Recording and clicing of the people The racially valuable part of the population is to be given to the Üapopulation, the racially useless and the anti-rich part of Czechs, however, is to have been expelled from Germanization and subjected to special treatment. In order to separate these two main classes, it is necessary to take stock of all the human material living in the Protectorate. To cover up, it might perhaps be thought of as a major health measure, whereby German forces trained in racial politics would be included in the commissions. The submissions would have to cover all the points of knowledge that still need to be specified in detail. In particular, emphasis must be placed on racial information about the whole family and on professional information. As this inventory will require a longer period of time in the course of thorough work, a certain ranking of the urgency of inclusion needs to be established. First of all, the people who are intended to work in areas outside the Protectorate should be examined, then the areas must be taken up, for the German side, the Landbrücken in Moravia, especially for the purpose of the sighting of land bridges, further the areas in which already today certain Czechized Germantug bylt(g. circle of Budweiser, Iglauer, Olmützer Volksinsel). Special attention must be paid to the scientific research of the German regions which have been destroyed in past generations, these areas must be systematically pursued. Preparatory work has already been carried out in some areas, despite which science would still have to deal with them in a targeted manner. There are also forces outside the German university for this. For example, a sudetenGerman scientific worker, Dr. Franz Beranek, currently in Tetschen, has already worked on this field several times and in a previous submission to the Reichsprotector asked to be systematically used for this purpose. Politically, it is against Dr. In the interests of speeding up the work of the Er- 1ObNASL, he was appointed a member of a commission at the "Sudetendeutsche Anstalt für Landes- und Volksforschung" (Sudeten German Institute for State and People's Research).
