- 4 - § 1o The chairperson of the Association and the chairperson-deputy of the Cultural Association of Germans are appointed by the Btaatsse- kretär at the Reichsprotektor in Bohemia and Moravia in cooperation with the head of the party liaison office at the Imperial Protector in Bohemia. The chairman of the association appoints the managing director, the paymaster and the legal advisor. Prior to the appointment of these members, the chairman of the association shall obtain the written consent of the head of the party liaison office at the Reichsprotector in Bohemia and Moravia and that of the State Secretary at the Imperial Protector in Bohemia or Moravia. § 11 The chairman of the association shall convene a meeting of the board of association every quarter. He shall establish the agenda of the meeting and determine the necessary rapporteurs. (c) the decision on cases which could not be provided for in the approved budget; (d) the decisions on matters for which it expressly reserves its right to be dealt with; (e) the approval of the annual final statement of the association; and (f) the regulation of fundamental matters arising from the association's work or from the business operation. - 5 -
