All copies as well as the negotiating documents are to be completed by the president of the federation or his alternate and by the managing director. § 9 The executive board of the German Cultural Association is composed of: a) the chairman of the association, b) the deputy, c) the managing director, d) the paymaster, e) the legal adviser.
