The Bureau of the Council of Ministers informs that the Ministry of Finance, by decree of 22 September, c. 132.795/39-IIA/ 3a, has initiated the inquiry to determine the cases mentioned in its above-mentioned letter, on the other hand, the Landeskreditanstalten directly, the other credit institutions by their associations, they may immediately cease all steps aimed at bringing the cancelled mortgage claims against the German farmers, in accordance with the wishes expressed there, and take back the dismissals which have already been made. The results of the survey will be reported to the President of the Government:
