An appeal, a termination, a withdrawal, an expiry or any other fact relating to the relationship of insurance, an agreement between the institution and the policyholder, where the sum of the insurance or the amount of the risk for which the institution is liable, shall be reduced, as the agreement of a restitution clause shall not affect the real creditors until the expiry of three months after the cancellation or reduction and if it has not yet been registered, the date of the termination or reduction by the institution has been notified. The institution is obliged to continue building insurance for the interest of the real creditors until the other insurance of the buildings is granted - if the real creditor so requests in writing to the institution until the expiry of the period referred to in the first paragraph and at the same time commits himself to the payment of the contribution. In so far as the institution grants compensation to the real creditors in the event of a contestation of the insurance contract, the real creditor shall be obliged to assign his claims to the institution in addition to re- al rights and other security of any kind.
