62 - 6 - longer period up to a maximum of 3 months and a certain traffic area is granted also for the multiple leaving of the residential community or for the repeated use of means of transport, if the irrefutable necessity for this is demonstrated. The extension shall be inadmissible and, if necessary, a new certificate shall be issued; the certificate must be accompanied by a local and daily indication, the stamp and the signature of the official making out the certificate. The certificate must be issued in the event of invalidity as a result of the expiry of the period or after the completion of the journey to the Jewish community which collects these certificates and transfers them to the Central Office for Jewish Emigration. III. Scheme for transport by means of means of transport and the use of their facilities. The Jews, who are covered by the provisions of the decree, are required to show the police permit together with an official photograph at the beginning of the journey or at the time of unloading and during the examination of the tickets.
