Schlesische Wechsels.Versicherungsanstalt in Brno, Gaurichter G.Krozal and H.Oberrat Holley on 30 May 1940. Pg.Krc z a l announces that he has decided to change the senior director of the Moravian-Silesian insurance institution in Brno, Dr.Stefan S l i w k a, and to appoint Chief Counsellor Holley in his place. Mr Gaurichter Krczal and Mr Holley then delineate the following programme: They apply for the merger of the Moravian-Silesian mutual insurance institution in Brno with the public health insurance institution Sudetenland, because they see in such a merger alone the possibility for a successful further development of the Brno company. For the merger, they submit the following conditions to the Oeff- fentlich-rechtliche Sicherheitsversicherungsanstalt: "I sazes The apparatus of the present Moravian-Silesian is being expanded into a state office in Moravia-Slesia in the joint new institution. It is allocated the entire territory of the government district of Troppau, the Moravian part of the Protectorate, the Bohemian section of the Iglau language island and the South Moravian territory. The Landstelle Moravia-Schlesien, created in this way, has to manage the substantial insurance portfolio in these areas, regardless of whether it is managed by the present-day Moravian Silesian or by today's public authorities. In particular, the insurance portfolio of the state office of Moravia-Slesia includes the insurance holdings of the main office of public law in Weidenau with the holdings of former insurance associations Veidenau,Grulich,Gross-Stiebnitz as well as the other associations acquired and those holdings which are administered by the main offices of Reichenberg and Eger. It enters into force the very territorial principle for the regional office. II The regional office of Moravia-Silesia has to enjoy the most extensive self-management within the new public-law institution. In particular, it has to administer the following departments constantly for its area of activity:
