According to Sections 2,14 and 21 of the Association Act of 26 November 1852, the Ministry of the Interior approves the amended statutes of the Insurance Institution, which were introduced by the decree of 29 January 1904o, Act 2969/40 -16 on 22 April 1994o, which now apply instead of the decrees of 21 September 1953. 51.52L/35-16, Approved Statutes apply. With Hinbliek on § 45 of the Statutes it is pointed out 88000 that according to the Circular of the Ministry of the Interior of 25 November 1939,Z1.62.947/39-9/Notices of the Mi-nisterium of the Home,born 1939,p.269/only permission to use the Bohemian and Moravian coat of arms remains unaffected.The public use of other parts of the state symbols of the former Czechoslovak Republic is prohibited.
