Section III comprises 86 workers - 26 Germans and 6o Czechs. The number of German forces is further increased on schedule. In order to strengthen the German influence in the labour force, the German staff structure is also continued on schedule at the employment offices; since 1 June 1941 a total of 152 Germans have been employed here at a total recruitment rate of l8l. The planned reinforcement of the German human resources body is less difficult for the Minister than for individual subordinate Czech institutions. The course of business is generally carried out in accordance with the law firm regulations of the Ministry of Social and Health Administration, but it has proved necessary, together with Section III (a) wage policy, to establish a special registrar. This registra- tion is guided by German principles and led by German forces. The German-guided sections - labour input and wage policy - also use a joint translation office, exclusively occupied by German. The language question, which was required by the adoption of Section III and the employment offices in the German version of a special regulation, has now been clarified by the lecture to the Under-Secretary of State.
