The Head of Section III at the Ministry of Social Prague, 19 August 1941. and Health Administration in P r a g report of experience. The personnel and technical structure of Section II - Labour and unemployment assistance - is completed in between. The structure of section III adapts to the structure of the other Ministry and the previous division of this section. In agreement with the Minister, five departments have been set up: the two most important (employment and youth guidance) are led by government councils, which have been transferred from Group II 4 to the Ministry of Social and Health Administration. The three other departments (the Central Compensation Office for Labour, the Employment Assistance Division and the Legislative Department) are headed by officials of the Higher Service of Czech Nationality. The German Head of Section III has reserved the right to deal with all legislative matters, the personnel and administrative matters of the Section and the subordinate employment offices, as well as with all fundamental questions in Section III. The Section Head is generally represented by the Head of the Legislative Division, an official of Czech People's Movement. In the fields of employment and the management of young people, the head of the section is represented by the German heads of these departments.
