62-5- II. National residence. 1. Newly arrived workers. Workers from France, Belgium and the Netherlands shall be employed with effect from 15 January 1990. However, considering the experience gained, it will often not be possible to hand over the documents immediately before the transfer. In these cases, passports are sent by the foreign authorities to the county police authority in whose district the foreign worker resides; the district police authority must then arrange for the signature to be carried out and the handover to the worker. Note: Workers brokered from Belgium will be in possession of a postcard form which they will hand over to the relevant employment office after their arrival at the place of employment. The employment office shall forward the form completed to the competent district police authority, which shall then request the passport by sending the form to the passport office in Brussels (see Appendix 1). 2. For the purposes of the provisions of the "General Section" in II (2), the local police authorities shall use the local passports or passport replacement documents, which are not already valid, or which do not meet the conditions laid down in the provisions in the "general section" in this section. The questionnaires in stock at the Reichsdruckerei are to be requested in the required number by the district police authorities at the well-known purchasing authorities, namely the questionnaire forms for France (blue) under the name 7587/41/2 C 1, for Belgium (yellow) under designation 7587/41/2 C 2 and for the Netherlands (pink) under the name 7587/41/2 C 3. As soon as a worker appears to the passport and visa authority to request a visa for a holiday or for another reason, the latter fills out the questionnaire in triplicate with manual workers from Belgium and sends it to each of them, together with three photographs.
