- 3 - 19 With regard to the "provisional passport for foreigners" the following applies: The issue of the "temporary passports for foreigners", which are produced in the opposite to the normal passports in simple copies in a red cardboard ribbon with 16 pages (form A 54 a), must be carried out immediately as soon as the foreign workers present a work card (grey or green paper) or are designated by the relevant employment office - as intended for employment in the Reich.
