This disability is not considered temporary if it is assumed that it will last for more than one year. c/ the pharmacy does not run in person. 2/ The provisions of § l, paragraph 3 are to be applied here mutatis mutandis. § 3. 1/ The owner of a public pharmacy, who is obliged to lease the same and the owner of an public pharmacy to which the lease of the pharmacy would be ordered by the national authority, may be allowed to operate the same by a deputizing director for a maximum period of six months instead of leasing the pharmacy if he so requests no later than 1 4 days at the end of the period set for the presentation of the lease in accordance with § l, paragraph Z, and at the same time announces the person of the responsible director. The time limit shall run from the first of the calendar month following the nonat in which the conditions for the lease obligation have occurred to the public pharmacy or in which, in the event of temporary illness, the pharmacy may be ordered by an administrator fir. Similarly, an administrator may be employed for any other temporary disability in the management of the pharmacy. 3/ The approval of the responsible director is the responsibility of the national authority. The national authority may order the removal of the responsible director from or on the occasion of the competent professional representation of the pharmacist if it determines in its person any of the conditions specified in § 2, para.l, pt. a,b and c. 4/ The Ministry of the Interior may, in exceptional cases, after consulting the competent trade representation of pharmacists.
