The Ministry of : Inn ern, Prague. Government decree of ..........1942 on the leasing obligation and ownership of certain public pharmacies. The government of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia decrees on the basis of Article II of the Constitutional Appropriation Act of 15 Dec. 1938, Coll. No. 330: § 1. 1/ The owner of a public pharmacy is liable to lease them: /8 if it is operated for the account of the widow or the deceased according to § 15, para.2 and 3 of the Law of 18 December 1906, no.5, of the year 1907, concerning the regulation of the pharmacy system; b/ if it concerns a real pharmacy /§ 21 of the Act No.5/l907 RGBl./ and the owner does not possess the professional suitability for the independent enterprise. /2 The national authority shall decide whether the obligation to lease a public pharmacy is in accordance with the provisions of the above paragraphs after consulting the employment representative of the pharmacy. At the same time, the state authority determines the date on which the public pharmacy is to be leased and the price during which the lease of the professional representation contract must be submitted to the state agency for approval. §2. 1/ The national authority may also order the leasing of public pharmacies other than those referred to in § l, in spite of repeated warnings from the competent authority, to provide the competent authorities with the appropriate medical care,
