As a result, I decided to push forward this whole affair on the part of the group Youth at the Reichsprotector, both through the authority of the Lord Reich Protector, as well as through its subordinate departments, all the more so because in the Old Kingdom the provision of HJ-Heimen by state and municipal authorities is followed by the law on the home acquisition of HY of 30 January 1939. 5.) On the basis of this consideration, I requested the extension of the above-mentioned law to the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia.
