I therefore think it is more correct to find out in which areas the Hitler Youth needs homes at all. I believe that in the assumption that the necessary homes for the scattered German youth will be very small in numbers, I think. I cannot imagine that a district of the Oberlandrat needs more than 2 or 3 HJ.-homes. The Rëume will undoubtedly have to be provided from any Jewish property and the facility, which only needs to be practical and clean, will above all not cost more than two to 3.0oo.-- RM. In my opinion, these funds must necessarily be obtained from Reichsmittel. However, this decree shows once again that it would be expedient to ask the Gauleiter beforehand for their opinion. Unfortunately, it has once again been neglected in this skin to inform the Gauleitungen in good time. I believe that such a decree would not have gone out to the Oberlandrats.
