The individual organisations are therefore structured differently, so as not to strengthen in the lower divisions the unity consciousness of the Czech people on a professional basis. The most important organizations in this sense are the workers' union, which covers all categories of workers (i.e. also agricultural and forestry workers and manual workers) and the small employees and B)/the peasant organisation to be created. These two organizations are both numerically and in their circulation the most important. In addition, C) the organization of the trade and E)/industrial employers. Such a structure also has a class-struggle character in some sense, which is necessary in order to be able to work with the organizations in any desired way.
