MX Subject: Occupational structure of the Czech people. In the programme to achieve the close goal in the treatment of Czech people, its depoliticization is the most important point. It leads to inner calming and thus to a continuity of work, but is also one of the most significant building blocks of the long-distance goal. The depoliticization can only be achieved in order to attract the individual's greatest interest in his or her professional activity and thus also to arouse a certain degree of professional pride, which in its entirety is characterised by a state-of-the-art character. The creation or strengthening of Czech organisations intended to serve this purpose must not, however, take place within the framework of a system based on the world view, such as Spann, since such a system naturally forces political disputes and thus can already call into question the task. In addition, it is in the nature of such a system that, although it is on a non-National Socialist basis, the people are to be made to some ud and thus also to create exact breakdowns to the lowest places, which cannot be the purpose of the task either. Rather, it can only be a matter of forming purely purpose organizations, which are executive bodies of the German leadership, endowed with strong sham autonomy. It should not be their purpose to give the Czech people an orga- nisation and to help them. Rather, they are intended to facilitate the political leadership of the Czech people in the German sense and to be skillful instruments of the people's struggle.
