Each of the schools which are united under one letter HEwe9 is to be regarded as a school of the same type because of the similarity or similarity of the teaching objective. Schools of a school type are considered to be suitable for the schooling of the child in the same way. In the case of conversion from a secondary school into a primary secondary school or from a primary high school into an advanced secondary school, this applies only to the top three classes of the two types of school. Example A: The child attended a grammar school at the former residence of the official. At the new residence of a civil servant, there is an upper school, but not a high school. The child remains in the previous school and is transferred to a family without an INBN. School allowance can be granted. Example B: The child attended a high school for boys at the former residence of the official. The official's residence is only one primary school and one secondary school. The child is admitted to the National Political School. A school allowance may be granted because there is no upper secondary school for boys and other institutions of the same type at the new residence. Example C: Two of the children of an official attend a secondary school at the previous residence of the Bcamten.
