52a210 Decisions concerning the investigation and the initiation of the personal identification procedure shall be given to the persons concerned by a certificate according to the detailed instructions of the Reichskrim.- Pol.-Amts Idichts- (4) The introduction of the identification card requirement for gypsies on paper on the basis of § 1 of the RMdI Regulation on identification cards of 22 July 1938 (RGBl. I p. 913) shall be reserved. 4. (1) All types of identification documents (passports, nationality certificates, travel permits, etc.*) shall be given to gypsies, gypsy miners or other persons travelling by gypsum only after the prior consent of the State of Crimea, Poland, Crimea and Poland. The following procedure shall be followed: (2) The authorities responsible for issuing identification documents shall send the applications together with their opinion of the Crimean-Pol. unit responsible for the seat of the authority concerned. The identity document shall state explicitly that the applicant is a gypsy, gypsum miner or a person moving in accordance with the Gypsum species. In addition, the right index finger of the holder shall be printed on the identification document, if possible in the lower left corner. (1) In the case of applications for the issue of migrant workers, it is always necessary to check in detail whether the statutory conditions (§§ 57 to 57 b, 62 wt.) are in place.
