53 2103 (2) If a Gypsy, a Gypsies' Mixer or a person travelling in accordance with the Gypsy species possesses a permit to move, which could have been refused if the applicable provisions had been strictly applied, he must be temporarily removed and sent to the Crimean-Pol. post. The latter then has to encourage the withdrawal of the certificate (§ 58 Gewo.) at the authority which issued the Wandergewerbeschein. Accordingly, if imposed restrictions (§§ 60, 60 b Gewo .) are violated, legal obligations (§ 60 c Gewo ) are not fulfilled or prohibitions (§ § 60 d, 62 Gewo).
