(1) Before the report is refunded, all gypsies, gypsy fingerprints and gypsum-pulling persons who have reached the age of 6 must be treated in the field of recognition. (2) In addition, prior to the notification, the personal identification procedure must be carried out. For this purpose, the police may impose preventive detention on the victims of crime, in accordance with point A II 1 of the RdErl. v. 14. 12. 1937 — Pol S-Kr. 3 No. 1682/37-2098 (not published). (3) The nationality of the persons covered must also be checked at the time of the identification of the person concerned. The result must be checked in the index card to be submitted to the Reichskrim.-Pol.-Amt, whether the Reich nationality or a foreign nationality has been established. If the proof is not of Reich nationality or of a foreign nationality, the persons concerned shall be designated as stateless. 3.
