In addition, a quarterly list of suicides and suicide attempts by Jews (§ 5 of the First Regulation on the Reich's citizenship of 14 November 1935, RGBl. I p. 1333) is also to be drawn up. The figures for the individual months must also be shown from this list. They must be broken down by age: a) up to 14 years, b) from 14 to 18 years, c) from 18 to 25 years, end e ad d) over 25 years and sex. The Reichskrim.-Pol.-Amt presents the overall result by the 30th of the month following the quarter. In order to facilitate the compilation of the material, the Reichskrim.-Pol.-Amt issues an instruction to the Crimea.-pol.-Stellen, in which form the numerical statements of those must be submitted. The RKPA. has introduced by RdVfg. v. 17. 8. 1939 (information sheet B p. 73) the following forms: RKP.41 — Report on suicide or suicide attempt, RKF. 42 — Supplementary notification, RKP. 43 — Suicide statistics, Annex pp. 250 1-3. 5. The provisions already in force for Prussia concerning the filling in of suicide counting cards for completed suicides - white cards for male persons and yellow cards for female persons - (RdErl. v. 21. 6. 1937, RMBliV. p. 1039) and their transmission (quarterly collected) to the Statistical Office of the Reich in Berlin will remain in addition to the addition of 1941.
