440 2013 2. The Crimean-Pol. posts check these notifications and leave the necessary additions. The civil servants have been instructed to send a piece of the death count card to be completed by them at each death immediately after the declaration of the case of death of the relevant Crimean.-Pol . post. In this way, the Crimean-Pol. unit is enabled, on the one hand, to verify the completeness of the reports received by the local pol.-services of Meldun-Station, and on the other hand to correct the correct entries in the death register. The piece of the death count card sent by the registry office remains with the Crimea.-Pol.-Stelle. 3. The Crimean-Pol. posts shall, at the end of each quarter of the calendar year, produce figures for their district on the basis of the breakdown given under II, 4 and shall send the statements b to m 15 of the following month for the first time on the 15th. 1939 - to the Reichskrim.-Pol.-Amt (Breakdown to the responsible Crimea.-pol.-Leitstelle). 4. The Reichskrim.- Pol.- Amt compiles the suicides and suicide attempts for the entire Reichsgebiet quarterly on the basis of the statements from 1. 4. 1939. The figures for each month of the reporting period must be shown from the summary of these reports, and the figures for RKPA should also be drawn up.
