The report of the so far known criminals and young people of this kind shall be made by 15 January 1939 and shall then be made on an ongoing basis. III. In order to obtain an on-going overview of the nature and scope of the special statistics crime of minors and young women, as far as they are covered by the WCP, the special services WCP have to carry out a statistics. The results of these studies are intended to help to provide documentation on general practical measures to combat juvenile delinquency, and to provide an overview of the children, young people and minors covered by the WCP in the sense of preventive activities. The statistics are to be carried out from 1 January 1939 on a model basis (p.254-3 and ). It must be sent quarterly to the RKPA, for the first time until 20 April 1939 and then continuously until the 20th of the month following a full quarter. IV.
