64a 21032 Parents, legal guardians or youth assistance institutions are reported, bb) to participate in the execution of missing persons' advertisements and alerts on the basis of a search warrant. If, in the above cases, children, youth and female minors are taken, the WCP has only to take provisional measures. The payment to the authorities responsible for education or care must be made without delay (see Section E) and must be carried out as far as possible by two female officials, who may, if appropriate, also be held together with officials from other departments. If, in the course of carrying out a task in the field service, the competence of another department of the security police is given, the WKP must carry out the necessary measures at first and inform the relevant departments immediately. The same applies mutatis mutandis to the tasks of the WCP which overlap with those of the police, e.g. Observations of violations of the Jugendschutzgesetz of 2 May 1938 (RGBl.
