193 7./ Change of location : All Jews who are to be employed outside their place of residence require an explicit agreement of the central office for Jewish emigration for the change of location. This is generally only granted if there are no working-class groups of at least 1 0 persons. Therefore, only closed groups of such a strength may be used outside their place of residence. If, for important reasons of employment, a binding sentence of Jews in a smaller number outside their place of residence is required, the employment office of the Central Office for Jewish Emigration must submit a corresponding application and present the copy to the Ministry of Social and Health Administration. 8./ Care of the Jews : The Jewish congregation determines for each employment office-maA zirk a special object worker of the cult community /see paragraph 2/, which has the task : a/ to make the employment office name all Jews capable of working, nstbetrieb b/ the labour office to obtain information and documents about the Jewish persons resident in the labour district on request, in c/ He is also entitled to receive wishes of the Jewish labour force and to inform the competent axe office, e/ in all matters relating to the employment, as far as they are outside the competence of the labour office.
