*£ 7. In the use of the Czechoslovak language together with another language, the Czecho-Slovak Language must always be the first language. The previous provisions for the courts, authorities and organs of the Republic shall apply mutatis mutandis to the public institutions and undertakings and their bodies; with regard to the business orders, in particular in technical and commercial terms, other languages may also be admitted to these in the course of trade with the agencies, see 5 3 . /1/ The autonomous authorities , representative bodies and all public bodies in the state are entitled to vote on the negotiating language in accordance with the following basic principles 1. The language, whose Angchröiges , citizens of the Czechosl. The Republic,in its fields of activity according to the last census,is at least 50 % or less inhabiting as nationals who belong to the language designated as the language of negotiation, is also always a negotiating language, inasmuch as it is not a form which is organised exclusively according to nationality. 2. If, according to the latest census, at least 20 % of Öschechoslovak citizens live in the same language, they are obliged to accept entries in their language from the nationals of that language, to negotiate in it and with the parties and other interested parties in so far as they are members of this language; they are also obliged to adopt official letters in that language and to use them in making statements and to allow them in meetings and consultations. 3. Inputs and official attachments in the Czech language must always be accepted and done. Also in seats and consultations kealea this language is always used; in this language submitted requests and suggestions must be the subject of the consultation.
