Since 1931 300 mg radium element and since the year l940 a very modern X-ray system - a focus-response device according to Schäfer-Witte , a Siemens-Tuto-Stabilivolt-system with an output of 200 kV and 20 mÀ and a Siemens X-Ray Bomb with 200 kV und 30 mA peak-performance - are available for this.-What we were able to achieve with our combined surgical radiological therapy of the Ca-colli uteri in continuous healing, we can only show today in those women who were already 5 years ago , i.e. in years l935 with cervical cancer into the clinic and were treated. In 1935, 197 women with Ca.celli uteri were observed at the clinic, of whom l6 were excluded from our further consideration due to external treatment.Of the untreated l8l women, further lo patients, of which 3 were incurable, had refused treatment and 6 had not appeared for further treatment.Among these l8L women with cervical cancer were 106/58.55/ operable and 75/4l.5%/ inoperable. In addition, the 75 women of the inoperable SPL groups III and IV were routinely irradiated with radium and X-ray.What we were able to achieve in these l8l women in continuous healing is shown in Table VII, indicating the individual groups. This table shows that our treatment method has allowed 57 women with a starting Ca.colli uteri 43 to be cured continuously. This relative performance rate of 75.4% is the highest that has been achieved so far.The explanation for this peak performance in the fight against the beginning cervical cancer lies in the individualised use of Operation and irradiation, the indiscriminate control of the two major surgical methods and the complete suppression
