The path to the formation of a genuine community within the whole work, through prior education to the real, firm camaraderie in the individual departments must be prepared as follows: 1. The head of the department must be the head of care of all workmates of his cell. Already at the time of the admission of the individual workmate into the department, he should be sown from the first day on the feeling of being safe and belonging together into the interior, i.e. as with our department has always been introduced, that the workmate at the beginning of his activity with the department head is made personally known. He is referred to the special operation of the department and taken up by a comradely handshake.
