English Translation
It is certain that certain periods of rest will be sought, for various reasons, in order to find their sea-weight in the case of useful employment for the bomb victims. Until now, the free movement of persons for the labour of refugees in vulnerable areas has been rare and those who need the greatest assistance from the party in collecting these persons. At the beginning of the harvest, there is a great deal of maltreatment when bomb victims pay off and even - if they are in a satisfactory position - if there are many victims of the bombs in the harvest and even if they have been affected by the fire, they will be able to pay for them in full satisfaction. In this way, some of them have led to considerable relief for all their members, including young people who have been prepared to help them, as well as for those who are responsible for the registration of commercial holdings, their agricultural auxiliaries. In such a way, it has been possible to reduce the sensitivities of the shortage of permanent workers.
