29 - 11 - III. The obligation of service of women. Although in principle the distribution of powers is to be carried out by the free means of mediation, the obligation to perform the current urgent tasks cannot be waived. 2./ Single persons who have not previously worked and have been treated as equals, 3./ Unmarried children. For women with children or sick family members, care must be ensured. For them, only an assignment at the place of residence is possible. A duty of service under police control of women / prostitutes/ is to be foreseen in the future. In order to compensate for economic shepherds who may be affected by the obligation to provide services, special allowances are granted: family allowances are to be granted if the service provider is obliged to live separately from the family members to whom he or she has to provide maintenance on the basis of legal or moral obligations and the care of the family is otherwise not adequately secured.
