30a -14- As a household manager of a household, a permanent member of a family is employed only half-dayly and a member of the family is entitled to a survivor's examination. The examination of households must be carried out by a female specialist. The examination shall take into account the special circumstances in the households, the general labour input and the needs of the child-rich and needy persons; it shall be carried out at the same time for all households of the same group and subgroup. For this purpose, the following guidelines for normal cases are given: Two house assistants / domestic employees/ can be allowed for households: a/ from 4 children under 8 years, b/ from 5 children under 4 years, c/ in business households with full participation of women, especially in food trade, in doctor's shelters and in good households, if the needs of individual cases urgently require.
