If the care of the children is not guaranteed by family contributions, neighbourhood assistance or day care centres, the women must first withdraw 4 weeks from the work with the obligation to solve the care question within this period. 4./ Married women with 1 child over 6 years and 1 child above 4 years of age - lone: half-day in case of low school time, otherwise hours as a doctor, in home work, in agriculture. 5./ Marted women with care obligations compared to 3 family members: usually only home work. In addition, married women must be employed as close as possible to their place of residence; the working time of the company must be adapted to personal circumstances as far as possible.
