As far as women are demonstrably only available for use, they will be used either for war-related homework or, taking into account the social origin, mainly as operators in the domestic economy. Experienced workers can also be employed on an hourly basis in trade and crafts, provided that the provisions of Decree A I 5552/19/2 of 18.II. 1943 are available. I refer to the use of the pensioners in my decree A I5552/18/9 of 28.IX. 1942. The women with agricultural knowledge determined by the total collection are generally to be taught in agricultural work all-, half-day or hourly / e.g. for milking/. According to § 3 of the Government Decree 154/42, women can also be employed, if necessary, by a service obligation, except for the registration action to which agricultural work can be expected. On the other hand, women from urban districts who suddenly report to certain farmers for assistance without agricultural knowledge are to be returned to the city and employed in the armaments industry.
