Care for civil servants In the care of civil servants, it was important to note that, once the active civil servants were taken over by the competent Neichsreffsorts as quickly and comprehensively as possible into the active official relationship of the civil servants and that, on the other hand, the pension recipients who had lost their pension rights as a result of the relocation to their country of origin were sufficiently provided by the rich. Takeover into a German civil servant relationship 1. Officials In accordance with these regulations, for the purpose of transfer to a German civil servant relationship, the officials have to submit a questionnaire and a curriculum vitae to the official German immigration and immigration office in Bolzano, which is then forwarded via the Reichsführer , Reichskommifsar for the consolidation of German ethnicity, to the NReichsminister des Jnnern, from where the admission into a position takes place in consultation with the other Reichsrefsorts. The post corresponds to the previous job, unless age or other invalidity precludes. A professional examination for the comparable post of civil servant is deemed to be prescribed or usual within the meaning of German civil servant law. By way of derogation from the provisions of the Reich's Compliance Act, the seniority of service shall be determined on the basis of age. Officials in the preparatory or extra-scheduled civil servants shall receive maintenance allowances or diets in accordance with the provisions in the Reichs Employment Act. In order to compensate for hardship, the periods of service which were considered to be official service periods under the law previously applicable to the abovementioned People's Germans shall be counted in full with the officials in the preparatory service for the duration of the preparatory services and for non-scheduled officials for the age of the diet or for the extra-scheduled service period or for both of them. In any case and in full in accordance with § 85, para. 1, Siffer 3 DBG., the periods of service completed under a public service relationship which have been valid until now for the genannken Volksdeutschen can be considered as retirement period. The deputy of the Führer has generally agreed that in the case of the transfer of people's Germans from South Tyrol who migrate into the Neich, the civil servant's relationship is withdrawn from obtaining a political assessment. In order to facilitate the accommodation of the immigrant people's German officials, the Reichsbund of German officials has agreed to provide 1000 places in its own recreation homes and training camps for approximately 1o0 persons of the civil servants' families returned to the Reich until the final settlement of the accommodation. The takeover of railway workers is regulated in particular by the decree of the Reichsverkehrsminister of 6 February 1940 (see Annex p. 197). The Reichsbahndirektion in Munich is responsible for the transfer to the German railway service after this decree. The mountain regions of the East Mark, Bavaria and Württemberg are mainly eligible as accommodation areas.
