1ha 12 - For the South Tyroleans living in the Great German Reich, the following leaflet was published: Factsheet for People's German Italian Nationality who Live in the Grand German Reich The German Reich and the Kingdom of Jtalia — starting with the 23rd century. June 1939 → a Neihe bon agreement was made on the emigration and conversion of the people German inhabitants of the former South Tyrol. About the content of these agreements inform in detail: 1. Guidelines for the emigration of the People German of 21 October 1939, 2. Explanations on the guidelines for the migration of the 17th Nobember 1939. On the basis of these agreements, any Italian national of German descent and German language can leave Italian nationality and acquire German nationality if he comes from the former South Tyrol and feels that he is a German. This possibility of acquiring German Reich membership is not limited only to those German people who are currently living in the kingdom of Jtalia, but is also open to those who are now living outside the Kingdom of Jtalia (i.e. in the Great German Reich or in other non-Italian countries). Since the agreements reached between the German Reich and the Kingdom of Jtalia aim at a definitive and complete settlement of all questions of ethnicity between the Deutscher Reich and Jtalien, the acquisition of German nationality is linked to the task of Italian nationality. Each individual can also decide for himself whether to retain Italian nationality. He then remains a "foreigner" in every respect for the German Reich. Thus, the general provisions of foreign nationality apply to him. From belonging to the German people no rights can be derived for the entire future. The acquisition of the Reichsbehörde is carried out by naturalisation. The naturalisation procedure is particularly shortened compared to the usual naturalisation process and free of fees. The application for the implementation of this naturalization procedure must be made by 30 June 1940 at the latest. It shall be addressed to the head of the state of Tyrol, naturalisation office, Jnnsbruck, Maria-Theresien-Straße 42/I. This naturalisation centre shall then submit to the applicant, through the competent local authority, the forms whose copy is required for the implementation of the naturalisation and the removal from the Italian State Association. It is not enough to draw up and issue the yellow-red option forms which the Italian authorities are not able to distribute in the near future in order to ensure that the naturalisation procedure is initiated. With the handover he acquires the German Reichsbehörde with all rights and obligations. It is planned to transfer the entire property bon Volksdeutsche, situated in the former South Tyrol, into the Reich. The movable property (furniture, household furniture, laundry, etc.) is transferred free of charge, duty and freight to the new residence. All immovable property (built-up and undeveloped land, rights in rem) and all kinds of claims (claims for property or capital, savings bank books,
