206 L11a The Oberlandesgericht President Stettin, 30 January 1940. 2010 — 6.38.14. To the administration of Pomerania of the German labor front Stettín Supervision of the Baltic German Nechtswachter I inform you that the Minister of Justice of the Reichsminister of the Justice by decree of the 21st century. December 1939 — 2110 — VIao 2452 — laid down the emoluments of the Baltic German legal guardians employed by a judicial authority. Following this decree, the Baltic Germans' legal depositaries receive the same allowances as the corresponding German civil servants from the date of employment, i.e. even during the teaching employment. The amount of these allowances is limited to the following limits: 1. the Baltic German legal guardians who have not yet acquired the qualification to be a judge in the country of origin receive a) if they are single, monthly 135 R.M., b) if married, monthly 200 RM. In addition to these allowances, the children's allowances due to the German civil servants are paid. These are for one child 10 R.M., for a second child 20 RM. for a third child 25 RM, for one fourth and for each other child 30 R. M. 2. In the case of the Baltic German legal guardians who had acquired the qualification to be a judge in the country of origin, the remuneration is graduated, i.e. (a) for former civil servants after their age, (b) for previous lawyers, lawyers' assistants and notaries after the legal period or notary period completed since their admission to the regional court (district court). In the case of a single legal guardian, the salary is between 286.27 RM and 385.43 RM per month and in the case that a child-less married legal guardian is between 370.27 RM, and 671.1o RM. If children are entitled to a child supplement, the remuneration increases as for the legal guardians listed under 1 by the additions to the children to be paid. A flat grant is included for the two types of drinks mentioned above, which is divided into four classes: the amounts given are based on the second highest housing grant, which will probably be eligible in most cases. The quantities given for 1 and 2 are gross amounts which take into account the salary reductions under the first to third reduction regulations. F.D.R. d.A.: registered signature 4y-Obersturmführer
